Will has over 15 years of experience in delivering data-driven insights and CRM projects to both blue chip corporations (Nestle, GSK, Tesco), Large enterprises (The Fragrance Shop), Medium-sized businesses (Sofa.com) and to start ups (Secret Linen Store). All these companies are either consumer goods manufacturers who want to sell more directly to consumers, or retailers of goods and services. He therefore has a deep knowledge of the challenges faced by such businesses, particularly the Marketing departments and their desire to use data to better engage with their customers. He holds a degree in Business and German from the University of Warwick.
A sports-mad, lover of wine, Will loves spending time with his family. Just don’t ask him to sing you a song.
Agata Boczkowska
COO
Agata runs all internal aspects of the business including the financial management of the business, and operations. Agata has worked in cutting-edge retail data analysis for more than 15 years, client-side with John Lewis and as a consultant with the likes of dunnhumby. She has extensive experience in leading complex analytics projects and managing analytics and engineering teams. She oversees software development and provides commercial insight to guide internal teams. She holds two 1st class degrees in Business Studies and in Engineering.
A devoted mother and champion of positive parenting, she also was the fastest person to achieve black belt in Karate at her university club, where she represented UK universities at international competitions.
Babis Paravalos
CTO
Babis has been computer programming for 15 years. He has excellent analytical, problem solving, designing, developing, IT and business skills, having achieved a BSc in Electronic & Computer Engineering from the Technical University of Chania, in Greece. He has a strong blend of commercial and technical capabilities that ensure software is developed in an agile and scalable fashion in many languages.
He won 1st place in the Greek National Best Engineering Competition (NBEC) at University for which he also received an academic performance scholarship.
